A great club for women who are new to the area .
A great club for women who have lived here their
whole lives.
Just a great club for women !!
Mt. Laurel Area Friends and Newcomers Club is
women's club founded in 1978.
Despite the name, the club is hardly limited to women who
are new to the area. This works out very well, since the women who have lived here longer can help the true "Newcomers" better
acclimate. The meetings and activities of the club offer its members fun things to do with and without children.
The club meets the third Tuesday of each month, September
through May, at the Mt. Laurel Library. Most meetings include a guest speaker.
Area women are encouraged to drop in, enjoy a meeting,
and make some friends without obligation.
In addition to the monthly meeting, there are numerous
activities planned each month.
Each month, members receive a copy of the Club Newsletter
as well as a calendar highlighting the monthly events. A membership directory is published annually.
All women interested in the activities of the club are
welcome to become members. Members may pick and choose from the interest groups and participate in only the things they find
of interest. Dues are $20.00 per year. For more information and a copy of our latest monthly newsletter and calendar, please
